328 Support Services GmbH is an EASA approved Production Organization, Maintenance Organization and Customer Support Organisation with its headquarter at Oberpfaffenhofen Airfield, near Munich, Germany. The company embraces also a Completion Center which is dedicated to Dornier 328 maintenance, refurbishment and completion. The company is also approved as a FAA Repair Station for the Dornier 328.

The company was created in January 2006 and is now owned by Quest Aviation Services Ltd, a UK based organisation.

328SSG is the type certificate holder of the Dornier 328-300 (Jet) and the Dornier 328-100 (Turboprop) aircraft and is providing worldwide support of a fleet in excess of 200 aircraft.

In addition to supporting the operational fleet, 328 Support Services provides Customisation and Maintenance services and Innovative Engineering solutions. It sees a strong market for the aircraft, which is able to perform a number of roles, including freighter, air ambulance and air surveillance as well as transporting fare paying passengers.

The 328’s rugged performance and short runway performance, coupled with its excellent fuel efficiencies make it popular with the regional airline community. 328 Support Services is also seeing increased interest from the business aviation fraternity – because the 328, with its spacious cabin, is unique in its class. The full business class ‘Envoy’ can accommodate 12 to 14 seats.
